I’m Angelica (Angie) Walker, a Pacific Northwest native with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership. My career has been dedicated to building safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environments while empowering educators and organizations to thrive.
My Experience
From directing childcare centers to supervising county-wide education programs, I’ve led teams through growth, change, and innovation — including expanding enrollment, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with state standards. My expertise spans curriculum development, instructional coaching, and organizational leadership, all rooted in a commitment to fostering positive workplace culture and meaningful learning outcomes.
My Qualifications
As a Certified Oregon Registry Master Trainer and Zero to Three Core Competencies Trainer, I bring both practical knowledge and research-based strategies to my coaching and training. I am also TPITOS Pyramid Model Certified and TS Gold IRR certified. Whether I’m guiding educators, supporting leaders, or collaborating with families, my mission is to inspire growth, strengthen skills, and create lasting impact in the lives of children and the professionals who serve them.
