Educational Coaching & Professional Development

Up to 1 hour of consultation focused on early childhood education, including program improvement and an assessment for staff professional development through educational coaching and training.

Engage in a 1-2 hour classroom observation focused on early childhood education, followed by a 30-minute conference that supports educational coaching and professional development training.

This program includes 2+ hours of classroom observation followed by a conference, focusing on early childhood education and educational coaching. TPITOS certified, the session must be scheduled for a minimum of 2.5 hours to ensure effective professional development and training.

This service is done in a small group or one on one setting.  Do you need to look at the effectiveness of your program?  What are you doing to ensure that families see the growth of their child while in your program?  We can look at proprietary curriculums, TS Gold, and ProCare programs to see if you are meeting expectations of parents, stakeholders, and School Readiness.

Courses in SET 1-3 are available for early childhood education, led by a Certified Master Trainer in Oregon. Training can be developed upon request (with a separate fee) to meet the specific needs of your group, or you can select from our pre-developed options. All trainings will be ORO approved, and custom content may require additional time for processing and approval in ORO. Currently, we offer professional development trainings in STEAM, Language and Literacy, and Math, along with educational coaching opportunities.

Travel costs are not included in pricing.

Area 1 - Supporting Social-Emotional Development in early childhood education, 6 content sessions, 3 hrs each. 

Area 2 - Supporting Cognitive Development through educational coaching, 4 content sessions, 3 hrs each. 

Area 3 - Supporting Language and Literacy Development, 3 content sessions, 3 hrs each. 

The complete curriculum encompasses all areas, totaling 45 hours across 15 content sessions, each lasting 3 hrs, providing comprehensive professional development and training opportunities.
